One gives exceptional recruiters the infrastructure, reach and credibility of a large recruitment organisation, without the layers that come with one. As a One Partner, you build your own practice under the One brand. You choose your market, build your relationships and work with the freedom and flexibility to do things your way.
Behind you is everything you’d expect from a much larger organisation, from technology and research to finance, legal, compliance, marketing and international capability.
You get the freedom to operate like one, with the power of many behind you.

One brand.
Many specialists.
Keep more of
what you build.
Everything you
need behind you.
And when you're
ready, go further.
One brings independent recruiters across different markets together under one brand. Each Partner brings their own expertise, relationships and reputation. Together, they create a broader network, stronger brand and greater capability than any one recruiter could build alone.
One is designed to give great recruiters greater control over both their career and their earnings. Keep up to 75% of your billings, without needing to build a team, move into management or create an agency of your own.
Focus on recruitment, not the machinery around it. One gives you the technology, research, international reach, contracts, compliance, legal support, marketing, operations, finance and community to build your practice properly.
One can be the destination. But if what you build becomes bigger than one person, there's a route forward. Take your book with you and graduate to index Launch Capital, where you can build your own brand and scale a venture-backed recruitment company.
Independent, but never on your own.
Build your market. Grow your reputation. Increase your earnings.
Big-company capability. Without big-company complexity.
From building a practice to building a company, the platform grows with you.
